Welcome to HSB Travels. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any payments or confirming any services.

1. Ticketing Rules

Exchange Before Departure: Ticket changes are subject to airline approval and applicable fare conditions.

Refund Before Departure: Refunds are permitted only as per the airline’s fare rules and refund policy.

After Departure: Most tickets are non-refundable after departure.

Any exceptions will be governed strictly by the issuing airline’s policy, and refund eligibility is not guaranteed.

2. Payment Timeliness

All installment payments must be made on or before the specified due dates. Late or missed payments may result in delays or cancellation of bookings.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the initial deposit. Remaining components of the package (e.g., flights, accommodation) will be processed as further payments are received.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Full Payment: Partial refunds may be issued solely at the discretion of HSB Travels, depending on how much has been paid and the cancellation timing.

After Full Payment: Cancellations are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly authorized by the airline, hotel, or service provider.

Refund Process: Any eligible refunds will be processed within 45 working days, subject to the third-party provider’s refund timelines and policies.

No-Show Cases: No refunds are issued if a traveler fails to show up for any service.

5. Package Inclusions

Packages include flights, hotel accommodation, and transportation as per the agreed itinerary. Costs for visas, travel insurance, extra baggage, personal expenses, and optional upgrades are not included and must be borne by the client.

6. Hotel Policies

Hotel check-in/check-out times will strictly follow each hotel’s official policy and any applicable government regulations (e.g., Saudi Arabia).

7. Amendments and Changes

Requests for changes to travel dates, flight bookings, or accommodations after confirmation may result in additional charges and are subject to availability and approval by HSB Travels and its partners.

8. Force Majeure

HSB Travels will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or additional costs arising from unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, political unrest, airline strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will assist in arranging alternatives, but any additional expenses must be paid by the client.

9. Traveler Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal and passport details. HSB Travels is not liable for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

10. Travel Documentation

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passport, visa, vaccination records, etc. HSB Travels is not responsible for any consequences arising from missing or invalid documentation.

11. Final Payment Obligation

Failure to pay the full amount by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. HSB Travels is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by non-payment.

12. Limitation of Liability

HSB Travels is not liable for:

Missed flights due to client delay or incorrect information

Rejected visas or denied boarding

Service changes by third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.)

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to HSB Travels for the specific service in question.

13. Consent and Acceptance

By making the first deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
